Is it possible the outside shower is causing this? Mixing can easily happen if the faucets are on. As you say if the rig is going to NT let them fire it up in the warmth of their shop. I've had the single valve since my Pop Up days and it is basically binary, on or off.

Positive.

I isolated them out of the system by installing shutoffs UPSTREAM of the CW/HW supply to them to take them out of the plumbing loop to prevent freeze/winterizing issues.

This happened with my Antigua. Took me the weekend to figure out because StarCraft put a 3 valve system in so it was in a loop with the water heater vlaves open. Anyway bet it's because you didn't burp the tank.

Fill it with "Ling" That'll make it "Burp" ;)

Just to put a cap on this, I made a real effort to purge the HWH when priming the system this time, seems to have done the trick very nicely. [thumbs_up]

Not something I was used to as in the summer the system is charged all the time so it never needs purging.

All good in my books, its the little things ;)
